Gino's Design Studio
An AI yard-design tool for a landscape contractor. A homeowner uploads a photo of their yard, picks upgrades like sod, a paver patio, or a retaining wall, and gets an AI-rendered preview with a ballpark price range before requesting an on-site estimate.

Challenge
Homeowners have a hard time picturing sod, a paver patio, or a retaining wall on their own yard, so price conversations stall and leads drop off before an estimate is ever booked. Gino's wanted a way to show the finished result and a realistic budget up front.
Approach
We built a guided tool on its own subdomain: upload a yard photo, pick upgrades from Gino's real materials catalog, and watch a running price range update as you go. Google's Gemini image model renders the chosen upgrades onto the actual photo, with a rate limiter protecting those AI calls. When someone is ready, the tool hands them straight into Gino's Jobber work-request form, tagged so each lead traces back to the design studio.
Outcome
A lead-qualification tool that sets budget expectations before anyone schedules a visit. Prospects see a version of their finished yard and a ballpark range, with a clear note that final pricing follows an on-site estimate, and the request lands in the contractor's existing quoting workflow.
